December 2007 The NNA Winter League matches were cancelled on Saturday 8th. December due to torrential rain flooding the courts at Rushcliffe Leisure Centre. These matches- same opposition, same times, same courts have been rearranged for the first reserve date SATURDAY 29th. MARCH 2008. Please note this information on your fixture list/ calendar. Thank you. Senior, 9th December 2007 Two clubs from Nottinghamshire entered the Regional U16 League. The QUALIYING MATCH on Saturday 8th. December decided which Notts. team goes into which division. Nottingham City will play in Division 1 & Cliftonettes in Division 2. The Regional League for Club U16 teams starts in January 2008. The known dates for the fixtures are Sunday 6th. January Sunday 20th. January Sunday 17th. February Sunday 9th. March & Sunday 16th. March. Winners from all the Regional Leagues qualify for the England Netball National Semi- finals on the 12th. April followed by the EN National Finals on the 3rd. May both events will be at the Walsall Campus, University of Wolverhampton. Home matches provisionally will be at Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford on a sunday morning (usually an 11.00am start). Away fixtures will be in other East Midland counties ie Leics., Derbys., Lincs. or Northants. (start times t.b.c.). The schedule has been changed due to:- Nottingham City U13 Robins withdrawing from the league and Cliftonettes U11s now have 2 teams entered Cliftonettes U11 RED & Cliftonettes U11 BLUE. A hard copy of the new schedule will be distributed to all affiliated members on Monday at training. Junior, 7th December 2007 The next East Midlands Regional League match is on Sunday 9th.
